Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at returns@surfsplit.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at returns@surfsplit.com so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at returns@surfsplit.com.

Warranty

Many of the products we sell come with manufacturer warranties. These warranties vary by brand and product. If you believe your item has a defect covered under warranty, please contact us at warranty@surfsplit.com with the following details:

  • Proof of purchase
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the defect, if applicable

Our team will work with you to assess the issue. If eligible, we will process a repair, replacement, or refund according to the manufacturer’s policy.

Please note:

  • Warranties usually do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
