The board comes with a windsurf mastfoot insert and Duotone’s iBase system, so you can quickly switch from paddling to windsurfing when the breeze picks up. In lighter wind, you use it as a classic SUP. When conditions improve, you attach a windsurf rig and start learning the basics on a stable platform. Stable shape for beginners Alfa WS Air is based on a stretched outline with generous volume and width. This helps you keep balance from the first sessions, while also giving the board good glide for relaxed paddling. The rounded nose and fuller mid-section improve stability, which you will appreciate when learning, paddling with a child or practising your first windsurfing tacks and turns. The soft deck pad provides good grip underfoot and a more forgiving surface during falls. The US Split-Box allows the board to roll up more compactly after deflation, reducing packed size and making transport easier.
