Welcome to SurfSplit (www.surfsplit.com). These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Lysiyo d.o.o. to you via our online shop.

Note: Lysiyo d.o.o. is exempt from collecting VAT under applicable small-business tax legislation (ZDDV-1 Article 94 / EU VAT Directive).

2. Orders & Contract Formation

By placing an order on SurfSplit, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The purchase contract is legally concluded when we send you an order confirmation email or dispatch the products.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€). As a small business exempt from VAT, prices do not include itemized VAT.
  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout according to our Shipping Policy.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer (NLB d.d.), and other payment methods offered during checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns Summary

Under EU law, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. SurfSplit extends this to a 30-day return window from the date of receipt.

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers pay for return shipping on standard returns or exchanges. SurfSplit covers return costs if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Statutory Guarantees & Warranties

All products sold on SurfSplit come with a statutory 2-year guarantee under EU law covering material and manufacturing defects.

  • To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at info@surfsplit.com with your order proof, a description of the defect, and photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Warranties do not cover standard wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper storage/misuse.

6. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Ljubljana holds jurisdiction. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
