At SurfSplit, we provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery across Europe for all your kiteboarding, windsurfing, surfing, and SUP gear. Standard parcels for In-Stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.

Inventory & Dispatch Types

To offer you the widest selection of technical watersports gear, we fulfill orders using two primary dispatch methods:

• SurfSplit Own Stock (Ljubljana Warehouse): Items stored in our central European facility. Dispatched within 1–2 business days. Available for fast courier shipping or local store pickup.
• Partner Warehouse / Direct Dispatch: Select gear is shipped directly to you from our brand partners or official European distribution warehouses. Processing time for these items typically takes 2–4 business days prior to courier handover.

Note: If your order contains a combination of in-stock and direct-dispatch items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive separate tracking links for each parcel at no extra charge.

Shipping Rates by Country

Shipping costs depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Standard shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs.

Important Shipping Details

1. Oversized Equipment Delivery

For bulky or oversized items—such as windsurf boards, solid SUPs, long surfboards, sails, or masts—we arrange specialized freight shipping via DHL Freight, UPS, or custom couriers to ensure maximum safety. Please contact our support team for a customized shipping quote prior to ordering.

2. Island Shipping Surcharges

Deliveries to island territories (e.g., Spanish Islands, Greek Islands, Corsica) may incur additional courier surcharges and transit times. If your delivery address is located on an island, our team will contact you after checkout if a surcharge applies. We recommend contacting us before ordering for an accurate quote.

3. Order Packaging & Consolidation

Where possible, we endeavor to combine items into a single shipment. However, if your order includes both local warehouse stock and direct supplier dispatch, items may be delivered separately to prevent delays. All gear is packaged in generously sized, padded boxes or protective coverings to ensure safe transit.

Order Tracking & Courier Partners

We partner with GLS, DPD, Pošta Slovenije, UPS, and DHL to provide fast, cost-effective shipping across Europe. Total delivery time (processing + transit) typically ranges between 2 and 10 business days depending on inventory location and your delivery address.

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking link. You can track your shipment directly using our courier tracking tools below:

Free In-Store Pickup

Local to Slovenia? You are welcome to pick up in-stock orders directly from our store in Ljubljana with zero shipping fees. If an item is coming from a partner warehouse, we will notify you as soon as it arrives at our store and is ready for collection. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout or get in touch with our team to schedule a pickup time.
